I was wondering if there is a per month charge for jomSocial and Instant? I am familiar with the
www.jomsocial.com/pricing
page but are the prices one time or monthly?
In Instant JomSocial service you'll get 14 day free trial. If you decide to prelong your trial or host your JomSocial with Instant JomSocial service, you'll be charged automatically $19,99 monthly.
When you buy JomSocial you pay only once and get software, support and upgrades subsrciption (for 6 months). After that time you could decide if you want to renew your subscription (you'll be not charged automatically) and still get access to support and upgrades.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
