Is there a way to create a link, menu or module for quick video upload?

I found that I can create a menu item to upload photos, but not video...can this be done?

I want to allow users to access a quick and easy way to upload their videos.

I am sorry, link for create video is not available, since the uploading video is using the ajax not the native page... but if you wanna create the link for it you can use this code :
