Hi, I am the new web administrator for our website, where we used Jom Social. I set about upgrading the Jom Social because the 2.8 version wasn't the proper one for the Joomla we use, or so it said. I was troubleshooting. The developer we used kept insisting he didn't have the information to get our product login until finally recently, he found it out for us.
Now I'm discovering that the product we had expired "53" days ago. This is very dismaying because the Jom Social has been uninstalled, in the process of the upgrade, and nowhere did anyone mention that I needed my other product info, download info, or that the product could be expired that soon, eliminating any chance of the upgrade. I was wondering if there's anything I'm missing or if we have to renew and pay again for this software. If so, is this expected that we pay every 6 months?
