We have purchased your development package, which require just renew the account. I have the following questions related to the up-gradation of the Jomsocial :
1. I hope your team will upgrade the jomsocial version, as we purchased the development package. Am I right? We don't have any technical team to do this now.
2. We have alot of things, related to the groups,photos,videos as well as the documents in the discussion, which is not displaying now. This data should be saved in any case. Is any chance of lost data?
3. How much time is required for your team to upgrade?

- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

1. You asked if we do a JomSocial upgrade for you, so I directed you to a form where you could request a additional service. We don't support migrations - this is an additional service. We could only support issues after migration.
So or you migrate/upgrade yourself or you hire a developer to do this for you.
2. No data should be lost during upgrade. JomSocial installation check database for existing some tables. If they exist he don't touch them if there is no need to upgrade their structure.
