I have a hosting account with TMDHosting and I have a site running ClipBucket to allow users to upload their own videos. My hosting site has both FFMPEG Path and Flvtool2 Path. I need to know if there are any other server requirements I need to have in oder to use Jomsocial so that users can upload their own videos and have my server process and display them?

On this same server I've tried HD VideoShare and All VideoShare both for Joomla and they both are able to upload, process and display videos from users. I tried MijoVideos but this was unable to process and play videos from users.

So before I spend anymore money I need to make sure that your script will allow users to upload videos and make sure that my server will process and play these videos accordingly. Your script looks to have everything I need so I'm hoping it will work for me.

Hi Charlie,

Our video uploading using the mp4 lib encode, so please make sure FFMPEG on your server support with mp4 converting, because on some of server (CentOS Server) there is lot of problem with mp4 converting. If you are using Ubuntu Server I am sure you wont get any problem there, but if you are using CentOs server we will fix this issue in stable version 3.2 (our current stable version is 3.1.0.4)

I would like to purchase version 3.2 when it becomes available, only if it will run on my CentOS server.
