I am looking to purchase JomSocial but wanted to know if it is capable of 2 things.

1. I want to create a realtor website with navigation links that will focus on categories like realtor, contractors, builders etc. Then you will see every one in these categories on these pages. Is this possible. If it is how do I get instructions on how to do this?

2. I also want to know if you can pick your top friends on your page. I want the user to be able to set their top friends not just display friend randomly. Is this possible. If it is how do I get instructions on how to do this?
