So we were thinking of using JomSocial on our gaming website. Gaming groups would set up a group for their game. This groups are RPG groups and we were trying to use them in order for groups to publicize their game. We are needing a feature where registered users can either create an alias or register multiple accounts so that they can post as their "Character" in the game. Is there a way for this to be possible?
Let me clarify this a little better. Basically I run a website that is focused on Role Playing Games like dungeons and dragons/Pathfinder. We are trying to use Jomsocial in such a way..that Game Masters can go in and create a group for their game and add their players to the group. The caveat is that the players want to post as their character in the game, not necessarily as their user on the website. What option is there for this?
For multiple character / account you can use the mulitple user type for this.. but to be honest I dont really understand with group things.. do you mean the new user will be added to the group automatically depend the characters? Show me the more infomration for this.
