I am sorry you have not had any response from us and the escalation that came to me has not been dealt with. I have been in transit for a few days but still that is no excuse. So i am very sorry for this not being dealt with.
I have logged in from your existing post and i can see some things you wish to do are not functioning as expected so i will get one of our Socialize support team to look at this as a matter of urgency today.
