I think I bought the standard version but I have the Professional installed.

Is there a way to cancel the last order or upgrade ?

I asked for a refund from Paypal so he should receive it.

The info you sent us is the order ID. We need Paypal transaction ID. Could you send me that info?

Hi Lili,

I found your transaction. The dispute wasn't necessary since you have a PRO license expired and to renew it you have to pay the amount you already paid us. So, close the dispute and we will renew the PRO license.
