I have been client for jomsocial some years ago (I have got order reference ). Can I have a discount to buy a new licence for profesional package? i do not see a renew link.
Thank you for your inquiry. Since January 2013, we've upgraded our cart system to DigiStore and have migrated nearly all of our purchase's information into it's database. However, there are certain purchases that was not migrated due to the fact that it was not linked properly to any JomSocial account. I believe your purchase is one of the affected ones.
I can help you to manually migrate your old purchase into your current JomSocial account so that you're able to obtain the discount. To do this, I need to locate your purchase first. Would you be kind enough to provide me with your purchase's reference number and/or email address?
Once I've obtained it, I will immediately locate your purchase and migrate it into your current account.
