I invited a few members to begin posting photos and topics in the forum. We are getting an error message when viewing or commenting on photos “undefined error”.

The photos return an undefined error. Not always on the first time, but they always stop working.

Can u share URL on which Jomsocial photo you are facing the error?

If the error is showing in the Kunena there is something wrong in the component, as Jomsocial used integration with kunena but the commenting in forums is done by kunena component. You may need to post on Kunena forum for this, And update me as well if there is anything need to be changed from Jomscial.

sometimes works and sometimes, not on your site.
Kindly upgrade the user permission to superuser access So i can share it with the development team for further investigation and debug this problem.

You have to increase the Interval time for notifications.
Go to Jomsocial backend > configuration > site, Interval Time to Check for Latest Notifications.
100 milliseconds will make some ajax request got interrupted.
I changed it to 30000 milliseconds.
