Hi,
1. PHP Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mysite.com\httpdocs\components\com_community\helpers\image.php on line 369
2. PHP Notice: Undefined offset: -1 in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mysite.com\httpdocs\components\com_community\controllers\photos.php on line 5123

Jomsocial - 4.4.4
Joomla - 3.8.1

Not large pictures are loaded (for example 80 KB), larger size (for example, 200 KB) - do not load.
Settings for uploading are done - 1 mb

You may ignore it as this is only a PHP warning.
Browse to Backend -> System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Error displaying -> Default or NONE
It will not influence your system performance in any way.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.

3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

the site has a limit of 1 GB

It's not about upload limit - it's about MEMORY limit.
Please, check if your server meets our system requirements: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSoci..._System_Requirements
I can't check it myself as you didn't provided your site credentials as I asked in my previous post.
