Not large pictures are loaded (for example 80 KB), larger size (for example, 200 KB) - do not load.
Settings for uploading are done - 1 mb
You may ignore it as this is only a PHP warning.
Browse to Backend -> System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Error displaying -> Default or NONE
It will not influence your system performance in any way.
