Hello, my site animateclay.com has an issue with some users not being able to get photos to post to the site. I'm going to post some photos and quotes from my visitors as I can't reproduce the issue myself:
"I tried the image you sent me and it also did not upload. The blue bar loads all the way when I click add files, but then it won't show a preview thumbnail, and when I click View Album, it tells me no public photos, and shows that I haven't added any photos. I also can't logout after this happens sometimes, I'll click logout and it will tell me it can't reach the page. I'll add some scen shots. Thank you for helping me with this."
"I tried Chrome and Firefox and I'm still having the same problem, the blue bars all load up but no image shows up in the thumbnail and when I click view album it says there are no photos. So it must be something on my end here that's going crazy. Very strange but thank you so much for taking the time to help me out! I'll try messing around with some settings or try to upload from the library and see if it's my computer. "

Thanks Dimas, would you have any clue as to why other people can't get their files to upload? Could it have anything to do with the Kunena forums? Sometimes when logging in through the forums - people have issues where Jomsocial doesn't recognize they are logged in already. I'm really grasping at straws as I don't know why it wouldn't work myself. I thought that maybe it was the file size, so I sent one person a small image to upload and they still couldn't.
Maybe this is cache issue, or connection issue.. if you still have the problem please provide me the correct steps to replicate this.. because with normal steps I dont see any issue with uploading photos.
