Hi Support,

We have now problems to upload videos.
It have been working before but now it stopped after update to JS 4.3.5, Joomla 3.7.3 and PHP 7,1,7.

When we try we get the bar to go a bit and before it´s complete we get info popup that it´s being processed but nothing happens.

Please, contact your hosting support regarding FFMPEG library - if it's still available and in which version.

Now they have tested the server and they say there is nothing wrong.
Installed versionen of FFMPEG is 2.6.8.
They have made a test and the video converted without any problem in there testprogram, don´t know what.

So they say it´s something in JS ....
Just to be sure I recreated cronjobs but no success.

Please give it a look.

Seems I cant access your ftp because your IP already blocked by my country, maybe the only solution is using cpanel.

I just tested all the info I sent to you and I can login to both FTP and C-panal with that info.

I´m sorry to hear that we are blocked and I don´t know how to get around that.
Before you dit something remotely if I´m not misstaken.

Please, contact with your hosting support and ask them to help you enable lib passthru on php sever.

They say that the server is up and running, they tested again, but that they could se something in:

~/public_html/components/com_community/helpers/string.php: $disabledFunctions = array('eval', 'exec', 'passthru', 'system', 'shell_exec');

I only know that video was working but stopped.

Strangely some now can post videos.
I can´t do it from my MacBook Pro (13 tum, 2016, fyra Thunderbolt 3-portar) but from my iPhone.
Still don´t know if it´s a size question or something else.

I believe that I have set the limit to 1000MB and films that don't work are 30-130MB.
Could it be something in settings?
