Video on front is no longer displayed

Hello. How are you? Your help please

Something happened when updating Joomla and Jomsocial 4.3.4 that they stopped to visualize the videos in the front of the portal.

Before uploading mp4 without problems and these were displayed on the portal. Now I upload a video from the local, same mp4, but it is not seen in the portal.

Now if I click on link in the video manager, img 1 and img 2, it sends me to a portal link where I can view the video, but in the same portal, where all the uploaded videos appear, I do not see the video, Img 3.

The thing is that now I noticed that the videos are in pending. This is one of them. miraimapu.com/index.php/activity/gustavo...-teatro-2017-video-1

I just added the cron job and it still does not work. Also indicate that for the previous 4 videos I uploaded, I did not create any cron job in cpanel.
What I can do

Thank you!

Gustavo

Hi,

Path to FFMPEG is still unconfigured yet, to use upload video feature you need FFMPEG library on your server, please you read this for the doc
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Uploading_Video
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Video_L..._Upload_Requirements
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job

Dear, good afternoon and thanks for the reply, but we did what it indicates and it still does not work.

The steps we follow:

- We installed on flvtool2 server, because ffmpeg was already installed. Img 1
- add the routes in the video manager. Img.
- We upload a video in an Event.

The video was also waiting. It does not appear on the front.

I beg your help.

Thank you.
regards

Gustavo

Hello, thanks for the answer. Still not working.

This we did:

1 ran the sentence and gave us an error because the FFMPEG was not updated.
2 We update the FFMPEG
3 We upload another video to the portal
4 We waited and nothing happened
5 We execute the sentence again (copied below with its result), converted the video. But it still does not show up at the door.

Your help please.

Thank you.

Regards,

Gustavo

Thank you! I added the cron job yesterday, but I should have done it wrong. Then I check.
