About remote storage photos on Amazon S3.
For JomSocial 433 can you confirm that the exact data are:
Bucket Name: <myS3bucketname> (with only caracters digits)
Region: eu-west-2 (for London EU West)
URL: <myS3bucketname>.s3.amazonaws.com or s3.amazonaws.com ?

Yes you right, except the URL config, please dont change the original value from us.. use this value <bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com

if you still have problem with this, would you mind provide me backend and FTP access, please ? so I can inspect the issue further.

So if I read correctly the expression should be "<bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com" in which "<bucket>" should not be replaced by the exact name of the bucket ?
Is it correct ?
