You need install FFMPEG and setup cron job for making video upload works.. please you read this documentation documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Uploading_Video

If you need more help, please provide me backend and FTP access inside private fields on the first post.

You havent setup FFMPEG on your backend please you install FFMPEG and set it, and then fill FFMPEG path manually from Videos->Video setting.

I am sorry not possible to use AVCONV, our library only provide FFMPEG..

If you dont have FFMPEG maybe you can use zencoder from amazon S3 documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/ZenCode...mazon_S3_Integration
