Hi there

After the configuration with the video upload i've two issues:

1. most of the videos are not working because the format is wrong... how can i realize this?

2. after another upload-movie it's show a message (see attachment) - but when i recieve this information?

Thank you for contacting us.
It's because you need to have installed FFMPEG library on your server and configure path to it in JomSocial.
Most shared hostings don't provide FFMPEG or they use outdated version. You need a recent one so it could work with JS.
Video files conversion is a must as only certain video format are supported like mp4.

You'll also need a cron job to fire file conversion.
