Good day!
1. User uploaded a video in the group.
2. Displayed Video group at checkout.

How can admin approve video?

Thank you for contacting us.
This issue is caused by misconfiguration in your settings. To be able to upload videos you need:

1. Have FFMPEG library installed on your server (in one of latest versions)
2. Correctly provided path to FFMPEG in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Video -> Video configuration -> FFMPEG path
3. Set cron job on your server so video conversion will be fired from time to time.

Videos after upload need to be converted into web browser playable format. Thus if you didn't set up this properly, they will be pending and unavailable.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
