ISSUE SUMMARY:

In my jomsocial homepage i have the Photos module to show photos from friends.

In the very end module has a link called "View all photos". When i click it i expect to see all photos from friends in a tiled type (as in module) like when i see an album.

Instead of this i see a page with 3 albums (??)... 2 of which are mine and on someone else's but with 0 photos.

Pretty weird.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1
Go to www.shippin.com
2
Login
3
Go to left sidebar and find "recently updated photos"
4
Click link "view all photos"

RESULT

Some random albums from user "Christos Kanakakis" and one empty album from kostas venieris

EXPECTED RESULT

List of photos from all sources (users /groups/ events -as shown in module-) in a tiled view with pagination. (like exploring one album)

BROWSER

All

Hi John,

We have the behavior like this :
- on photo module you only can see all public photo, avatar and cover photos
- on photo page you can see all album, exclude avatar and cover photos / albums

So it can be your photos on module is coming from avatar / cover user.

i hope it helps

thank you

Hello,

i agree about photo you see all public (from stream, avatars, covers, groups, events anything...)

so when user clicks the "view all images" button expects to see something like the module but in wider view and with more pictures.

Isn't this logic?

What's the meaning of this link if from a module view of certain logic, jump into another page with other logic.????

Can't have a view of all public photo , avatar, cover etc when i click "view all images"??

Hi John,

View all images means go to albums page, so if you wanna see the list images you need click on each albums..

well, to avoid the confusing I suggest you change the photo module configuration on module manager, then change "display" config to album

this behavior cant be changed, if you want you need to hack the core code.

thank you
