Video upload fails - Video is not shown in front end - same with photos

ISSUE SUMMARY: When I upload a video, all the process seems to be good, but video is not shown in front end. In the dashboard video appears and I can play it.
For example this 3 latast videos.
In the front end this video doesn't appear in pending videos, latest videos, my videos.
Tested with WMV, MP4, AVI videos
Linked videos works fine ( tested with youtube video) (5 Awesome Tricks with Lighters)
Photos not shown in my photos
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login and go to videos
2 Add video
3 Upload video
4 Find local video and fill all the fields, and select member only.
5 Start upload an result is OK.
RESULT : No video in Frontend - My Videos or Latest videos or Pending videos
I can see video through dashboard.
