Firefox issue

firefox users are having an issue uploading videos... i have told them to clear cache etcv, but "file extention" not .... etc error is always coming up.

we have a massive firefox user base and my site is not allowing them to upload video...

please help!

Hi Robert,

I just tested it and I able to upload the video very well on your site and convert it as well..






Maybe the file which you uploaded to big and make your server broken..
