Please, try to reinstall JomSocial and make sure that Azrul plugin is properly installed.

1- I just reinstalled (com_community_pro_4.2.5.zip + iJoomla-Installer-Updater.zip ) but still the same problem.
2- I do not know how to check if the plugin Azrul is properly installed.
3- I find no plugin called Azrul in extensions / plugins

Currently you hold JomSocial PRO license what means that we could support only ONE your domain/site.
Presently your supported domain/site is: valeurs-de-l-islam.fr
And you request support for: animouest.fr. I'm sorry but as it is different domain/site, so we can't support it at the moment.
But don't worry, you may change your supported domain/site (still you'll need to have valid reason for change).
