ISSUE SUMMARY:
we are getting undefined error during photos upload under profile or under group

by super admin user, I able to upload photo.
please edit joomla configuration.php and set live site to empty value

public $live_site = '';

Also a normal registered user not able to upload the image, but where from admin credential we can.

I tried to using username: test123, and able to upload the photo

if "sometimes" seem related with server/PHP configuration. please try to changing PHP configuration
set memory_limit from 128 to 1024
set post_max_size from 8M to 128M
