Video processing issue - Zencoder with S3

Hi There,
I followed tutorial for uploading videos using Zencoder & S3.
Performed following actions:
1.Created a Bucket in (S3) : communitymedia (mumbai-region)
2. I have purchased new Zencoder subscription and removed test account limitations.
3.Added Bucket Policy from zencoder and changed the MY Bucket with communitymedia in two places.
4.Configured Jomsocila Backend : video settings: Zencoder enabled with Zencoder API Key taken from Zencoder API page.
5.Uploaded one video from front end and it says it will notify once done.
6.I manually run cron from backend .
7. Cron show there is no pending video or avatar for conversion or transfer.
8.At backend I am able to see video with status (tick marked).

The problem is that I am unable to see any video or pending status on frontend.

Note:we have also set Storage Methods with different bucket name(singapore region).

Need your help on this to suggest and rectify the issue.

Did you pasted Zencoder bucket policy?

Policy used in our documentation may be outdated - please, try to use this one:
app.zencoder.com/docs/guides/getting-started/working-with-s3


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, edit your first post here and add credentials to Miscellaneous field.

You had some misconfigurations.
Remote storage is configured to different bucket, region was also wrong.
So I fixed region and create bucket policy for bucket you configured JS to.

The only issue now is that: snag.gy/5q7eYP.jpg

It caused that file is not moved to S3.

I assign developer to further investigate this issue.
