- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

Hi,

please make the changes at PHP configuration:
turn off Open basedir and set:
max_execution_time to 3000
memory_limit to 1024

you can asking your hosting support about it.

Hi,
I have a similar problem, and we have made the changes in PHP configuration:

  • Open basedir is off.
  • max_execution_time has been set to 3000
  • memory_limit has been set to 1024
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Login and go to videos
2. Add a new video from YouTube.
3. The video is published without title, length, and description.
