ISSUE SUMMARY:
The website thirdblessing.eu/ doesn't seem to upload user images, for example a users profile image.
I've got the latest versions of the Joomla and Jomsocial, and checked the php.ini post_max_size upload_max_filesize which are OK, but I can't find any reason why the files won't show.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go here: thirdblessing.eu (not the admin url)
2 login with the admin username and password below
3 Click on the blue Me button
4 Click on Edit Profile
5 Click on Change Avatar
6 Then select a file and click upload
RESULT
A blue line appears like its uploading, but nothing happens after that.
EXPECTED RESULT
Image should appear in box

my server admins checked the server and said this:
"The script is failing without providing any errors that shed light on the issue it is running into. We have ensured that commonly-required configurations for an issue like this have been applied and we have ensured that the script is forced at the PHP level to log errors rather than suppress them, but the issue persists and the script continues to go through without logging any errors. You will want to reach out to the developer to see if they can assist in providing a fuller environmental requirements list or to see if they can provide debugging assistance. Please let us know if they have any system configuration recommendations we can assist with."

Hi - It works now. I think its because I made Jomsocial toolbar > Photos public, not registered.
