Youtube video shows in group, but not on mainstream

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Update: the error has gone! Problem solved.

Youtube video posted in group is displayed within group, but shows as empty field on main stream.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Post youtube link in group
2 Video not visible on mainstream (only frame, see attached snapshot)
