ISSUE SUMMARY:
As a registered user when I hit 'delete' on my own photos I uploaded, a message alert display saying : You do not have permission to view this resource. please contact the site administrator.

Is there a an option to setup in order to enable user to delete their profile photos and anything else they created?

I tried to replicate this issue.
1. created new registered user
2. upload new photo at frontend
3. upload new photo by creating new album
4. try to delete both photos

Result:
able to delete without error

could you please elaborate more? what registered user that having this issue.
maybe you can provide that user login detail. I need to try by my self.

I confirmed, it's a bug. seem the issue only happening at avatar album. not happening with other albums.
