Uploaded Video Not Showing On Front End Module Or Video page

I had a member upload a video and set to public. Here is the 411:

1. Uploaded video and set to public
2. Video did not display on front end video module, activity stream, nor video category page

What I did.:
1. Went on backend to video tab. Clicked on the video and got the link. I shared it and it showed on activity feed.
2. I also uploaded a random YouTube video and it worked perfectly. Showed everywhere (module, stream, etc.)

Hi Michael,

You need to configure cron job for converting the videos, because the video only will be shown after cron job executed, also please make sure you installer FFMPEG on your server, please read these docs
