ISSUE SUMMARY:
Clicking on the Notifications icon, the profile piccture looks distorted. See the attached image.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login using UserId/Password given in Misc. Information
2 Click on Notifications

Yes ..the issue is at the test site.
What login userid/password did you use? I checked it at my end. It seems to be valid.
Please see the login information under "Test/Development Site Information".

with jomadmin user I can logeed in to site backend for "Test/Development Site Information"
but at frontend always got login failled.

could you please make sure it again?

Please use userid/password under "Test/Development Site Information" for backend login in the administrator site.
