ISSUE SUMMARY:
we are getting the error while we uploading the image/images in group or for events.
please find the attached screen shot for error reference.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 we have created the group after logged in
2 then trying to uploading the single image or multiple images

hi sometime it happens some time not,like you can see on our website community page you will find out that few members tried to upload but not able to complete it , where some movement it works properly.

hi you can see the community activity for today(6th june 2016) at 12noon , the user tinamaria tried to upload the images but its not happening, so the steps she has reproduce the issue is: first she created the group and then under group she has created the album where she tried to upload the images and receive the error.

the issue with the uploaded file. could you please asking that user about:
what file size?
what file extension? (png, jpg, bmp, etc...)
what filename?

hi, the issue with the image upload for users:
the size of image not more than 500 kb or 100 kb,
the extension will be jpg and png mostly
the name for file upload is like 13122870_873332222792782.jpg

and this issue is still giving us problem

Currently we are using siteground as our hosting provider, we don't mind moving to any other host if you think this is a problem. We just need the problem fixed.
