Photos disappear on activity stream (Jomsocial 4.2, Joomla 3.5.1, Php7)

ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login as user
2 Load one or more photos via photo gallery into photo album (then user photos showing in activity stream)
3 Load another photo (prior photos of same user disappear in activity stream)

jomsocial decided, this issue not a bug.
this is to prevent flood on album photo upload. normally user will upload other photos to new album.

I hope you understand about this.
