ISSUE SUMMARY:

Unable to change, or upload cover or avatar images.
Completed upgrade to 4.2 and now unable to change or upload profile (cover, avatar) images

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Click to change cover
2 Select photo
3 Click to upload

RESULT

The upload box shows initial uploading, but then hangs failing to complete the process.
No changes to cover made.

EXPECTED RESULT

Update to cover or avatar

I can't confirm your issue.
Just logged in to your site. Uploaded new profile cover and avatar. Also uploaded photo to stream:
i.imgur.com/wXG5hMk.png

Try to reload you page using CTRL+F5
Then clear Joomla! cache.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello Michal

Thank you, appears to be working as intended now.

The only issue remaining is when clicking - community - from the home page, as a registered user the streams, and activity show up but without branding or cover. How do I fix that, we would like the branding to appear on the default home page for community landing for registered users, same as not registered.

I'm sorry but this issue doesn't apply to JomSocial.
It's rather your template or module administration.
You need to assign module to right menu items or use the same template.
