and at profile page, the avatar got issue from the 3rd party CSS, to tackle the issue you need to put this custom CSS code
please create or edit custom.css file at /templates/socialize/css/custom.css

I turned off Profile URL extensions from your site. that extensions make some profile URL broken.
and about photo upload. I made a test, there is server issue related with folders permission.

please changing the owner and group to www-data. you can asking your server support about it.
