on the screenshot you can see that the album for profilecovers have no name and are untiteled.
are there any settings?

please check it. I inject empty album name at phpmyadmin.

seem that issue because missing language for COM_COMMUNITY_PROFILE_COVER_NAME

I put it that language override at joomla backend
