jomsocial profile pic change

ISSUE SUMMARY: I am not able to change the profile pic and even not able to upload any image to the event gallary or to the comments.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 profile image is not uploading
2 not able to upload images for events
3 not able to comment with image
4 not able to put the post with comment

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

you put wrong path at joomla global config.
I changing it form

home2/thedent7/oclub/logs
home2/thedent7/oclub/tmp
to
/home3/allonfo2/public_html/oclub/logs
/home3/allonfo2/public_html/oclub/tmp
