Why not open videos in full screen on google chrome?

This is uploaded video, I presume...
When I try to watch it under Chrome direct on stream I get: i.imgur.com/jhYk2FW.png
When I click on "video" text in post I have modal window: i.imgur.com/dEfgvQK.png and there I'm able to watch it full screen...
