Only one video is displaying like this
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 The direct link is www.filminday.com/883-akari-suki/videos/video/86-reel-2015.html
2 It plays but it seems horrible the double windows.
3 The problem it's only on Vimeo videos
4 Here are all the videos list www.filminday.com/videos/display.html
5 If you enter in any one of that, only the Vimeos videos will display like that

But I want to know if there are another css code to keep the video to full screen or responsive with width and height because it looks small with the black bars on the sides.
