Videos not converting even when ffmpeg is installed

Hi,

I get this error when execute the cron job:

sh: /root/bin/ffmpeg: Permission denied

The video now works , but it remains as pending

Did you change again the backend access? I cant login and inspect further

videos are being loaded ( with the exception of videos in AVI ), but the same are pending

You should setup cron job, since the pending video will be generate via cron job, read the doc here documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job

Setup ok, but not work

that part only for sending email..not for convert video

so I do not know what to do ... is not an easier way to configure this option ?
