Videos not converting even when ffmpeg is installed

Hello,
I have problems with video uploading. On my live site sportbook.cz there is no possibility to run ffmpeg.
Therefore I have moved my testing sites to new hosting: sportbook.svezen.cz.

Is this how you run ffmpeg?:
exec("ffmpeg -version 2>&1", $ret);

My hosting partner says that everything is setup correctly and ffmpeg is running.
Could you look at sportbook.svezen.cz and tell me if everything works fine? Because videos are not being coverted :(
Or tell me what is wrong.
