ISSUE SUMMARY:When i upload a video jomsocial dont create a tumbnail for any video, can you help me? I upload ..mp4 and mov videos

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 upload video (mp4,mov)
2 video is pending but not create tumbnail
3 in FTP folder videos , i have the video upload (videos)

RESULT dont create a tumbnail for any video.
