the broken videos caused by the record are empty... if you dont mind If I delete them all? because it will be useless..

I already deleted the broken comment and broken stream as well, which that comment issue is related with video issue, this issue it wont be available in the future

By delete all what do you mean? all videos or all broken videos?, please do what is neccesary, so if it will happen again, what do I need to do? delete all videos or you just do something on myadminphp panel? or this can be fixed over the Component -) JomSocial - Videos -) all Videos -) deleting all broken videos?

despite having eliminated all the videos, I'm still getting errors

I saw similar problems on the forum but instead of being uploding videos my problem is when a people share a video because I don't have the option activated to upload the video, here are two publications:

On of the solution I saw its that reinstall the Jomsocial component, but with that I am afraid of loosing the users data, coments, videos commented, users registrations, and all that stuff.

Please help me to find this sollution to this problem, with that issue I can't do the publicity of my page, because the error its very ennoying

Re-installation wont make your data loose, it safe.. but for making it safety I suggest you do back up first :)

You modify it from module manager, module code or module template?

if in module manager it will be safe
if in module template you need to override the module template to joomla template
if in module code you need back up it first and reapply the code

please changing jomsocial user login to super user. I need to have a look your server configuration.
maybe the max execution time too low.

Ok I just have change the user to súper user, usually it happens on the first post after the log in, if you want take the liberety to create new users and try it, thank you. Tomorrow I will try again to see if exist other patron.
