Video still pending after upload

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I uploaded a video to our social portal on Friday, and the video is still in pending status. It was a large video, around 30MB.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to my activity stream
2 Click Video
3 Browse for Video file
4 Upload

RESULT
The video is still pending, but does show in my videos.

EXPECTED RESULT
Video is available for viewing.

Website started on biznectal.com, but we changed names to 1322Collaboration.com.
