STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Upload 'portrait' photo to Stream or Group Stream
It will appear as 'Landscape'
2 Try to rotate it by opening photo and clicking on settings cog

RESULT There is no option to 'Rotate right' or 'Rotate left'. This is on both desktop computer and phone.
EXPECTED RESULT You should be able to rotate stream photos!

I am not sure this is bug in 4.1.6 or not, but I tried on our latest package 4.1.7 this is working fine, I suggest you wait the latest package for this.

Sorry, but we cannot wait! We are always waiting for new versions of Jomsocial due to bugs, and every time there is a new version we find other new bugs. We found many bugs in 4.1.6.

We do not roll out new versions of Jomsocial to our site until most bugs have been eliminated. Our users are getting frustrated. And testing each version of Jomsocial is taking many hours for us, which we can't keep doing!

Please provide a fix for this problem for 4.1.6. It looks terrible if photos are put in the stream at the wrong orientation. We cannot just wait for 4.1.7.

this photo issue, I cant replicate it at latest version.
