Avtar images not uploaded cover picture also not uploading there is issue..

ISSUE SUMMARY:
there is an issue with avatar upload and cover picture change and also modify cover picture

Please check on Test Instance

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

2. login with <removed for security reason>
after login click on my-show
and check modifying avtar

We have did the customizations... it will take time to do it again so is there any other solution to get issue resolved without restoring files
