All added photos not showing on wall

ISSUE SUMMARY: All added photos not showing on wall.

One members added photos is not showing on the stream, but other members photo post is.

please advise

Hi,

I cannot login to administrator page. invalid site info.
please goto jomsocial backend > configuration > user points.

click Rule Scan button and make sure related user point activity state has been enabled.

No new rules came up.
some members showing some members are not.
Does it show new photos added to the albums in the stream as well?

How do I update my site access information?

Hi,

there is no issue with photo upload, I'm sure that user did some mistake or something. please asking that user what he did and from which page that user upload the pic.

I do not have contact with the user at the moment. Maybe just a one time glitch as the photo did get added to the photos, just not the stream.

One question, do photos added to albums appear on the stream as well or just status updates?

Hi Colin,

New photos and new album will appear on stream once you post it, as long as you enable the user points for album and photo rules :)

I not able to reproduce the issue. its okay here:





can you asking that customer to replicate the issue again? if still happening I need to login by using that user account. I will changing the password from joomla backend. after that, that user must reset the password to changing back the password again.

Hey Albertus,

I logged in as them added and photo and yes, and of course it showed up on the wall. Is no log file that would tell us what happened? As it did happen to two separate members, one after the other. Other than that, hopefully it does not happen often.
