ISSUE SUMMARY:
After the cover upload the picture it will resized to 1000px, My template is bigger than 1000px.
Where can i set the size of the cover during saving?

TO change the width of cover you should modify this file components/com_community/controllers/photos.php, change the value of this code :

$imgMaxWidht = 1140;
