JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Installed FFMPEG.
Trying to load a mp4 file size 20MB. Changed limited to 175MB to make sure size is not an issue.
Got an error "Video file type not supported" (see attached).

Second issue:
File that did load (see attached image showing 2 loaded), are not getting processed although Cron job is set up (see attached)

I did some research on this forum and saw a lot of people had these issues, but could not straight forward solution.
Sorry for re-posting.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 log in (use the first user name I provided in the details below) ***This was enabled in production only, not test ***
2 try to load a mp4 video
3 Receive error
Second issue
4 try to load a .vmw video. See it is loading but not processed.
5
RESULT - Can't load mp4 videos or those loaded are not processed
EXPECTED RESULT
BROWSER Chrome

Hi Ofer,

1. To enabled the vmw, you should modify this file components/com_community/helpers/videos.php, and add the "vmw" paramater there
2. I get this error "/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory" can you check again the FFMPEG path is correct?

thank you

No, the path is /usr/bin/ffmpeg
not
as you have it /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg

We tried. Didn't work.
there is some mismatched version
x26 with is .mp4 is gving an error to ffmpeg
x264
We keep getting this >> WARNING: using libx264 without pkg-config even tho it is installed
It seems it is some kind of a server side issue, looks like it was reported Jan 1, 2015, ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2015-January/167199.html
Then we tried rebuilding it all
See image attached
See below

root@s97-74-234-13 [/compiled/x264]# /usr/bin/ffmpeg -y -i /home/doms4929/public_html/images/originalvideos/514/iTyutfjT4Ko.3gp -vcodec libx264 -strict -2 -crf 23 -s 800x600 /home/doms4929/public_html/images/videos/514/GWUdLEUMZcu.mp4

yes, this is server issue configuration on your FFMPEG stuff, can you ask your sys-admin for this one ? are you using centos server?
