ISSUE SUMMARY: If one updates profile photo from profile page or navigation, the text saying "Xyz User has updated profile picture" is not appearing in any stream view.
This is happening in Jomsocial version 4.0.7 and Joomla version 3.4.5

Please note that we have done some customization with Jomsocial.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Open jooomla site and login.
2. Go to my profile page.
3. Update new profile picture.

RESULT:
New profile picture is updated and could be seen.

EXPECTED RESULT:
New profile picture should be updated
In stream view, "Xyz user's profile picture has been updated" post should be seen.

BROWSER:
This could be replicated in all browsers. I have tried in most of them.
To name:- Google Chrome 47.0.2526.80, Mozilla Firefox 41.0.2

Can you check again please? I enable user point "Upload profile avatar" now.

Please you upgrade to the latest version 4.1.4, because on old version you will get some old bug.
